Although I will continue to post general information on orienteering activities,on our regular Homework/Class Information link, members of the orienteering team should check this webpage frequently for detailed information that will not appear on the other link. There is also a section on this website that provides links to other Orienteering sites. They will have information on techniques, orienteering events, equipment and a host of other information.

ORIENTEERING TRAINING
Training for the Competition Team will begin on Sept 6, 2005 We will have conditioning each Tuesday & Thursday morning at 0700-0800 and a classroom training meeting on Friday mornings at 0700-0800. If you are orienteering qualified, you are invited to compete for a spot on our Championship Competition Team (CCT). More details will be provided in class and at the first conditioning session on Tuesday, Sept 6.
competitions:
The first competition will be Saturday, Sept 17th in Louisville. This event is open to all Orienteering Qualified Cadets. The bus leaves promptly at 0600. Bring your own lunch. There is no charge to go. Sign up sheet on Orienteering board.
